If theres a problem with your order or you're unsure about anything, please use the contact page to get in touch! 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unless the product is faulty, I will not be accepting returns or offering money back. If the product is faulty you must provide a clear photograph within 24 hours of your order arriving. 

If you have ordered the wrong print, please contact me immediately to change it. If you haven't noticed and the wrong print has arrived, you need to email me within 14 days of purchase and I will arrange an exchange for you.

How come I haven't been sent a dispatch email?

Unfortunately, this feature isn't available to me. If you'd like to check the status of your order, feel free to send an email! 

Where can I find frames for the rectangular prints?

Most prints are A3/A4 so frames are really easy to find! The panoramic prints 50cm x 20cm, your best bet is to search for "panoramic frame" on eBay or Amazon. If you're struggling, contact me and I'll be able to help!

International Shipping

I offer international shipping upon request. I can provide tracked/signed posting at extra cost - though you must email me first to arrange this! I can only offer standard shipping internationally being a small business. Please allow up to 14 working days for your print to arrive. 

Do you take requests/personalised work? 

At the moment I have a lot of free time, so I'd love to discuss working on freelance projects! Use the contact page to get in touch with me and we can see if the project is viable. Please note: depending on the scale of the design, the price will vary.
